Welcome to the Bay Breeze Retreat of Morehead City and the Crystal Coast! At our beachy three-bedroom home, you’ll find relaxation, serene water views, and quick access to the best of Downtown Morehead, Atlantic Beach, and Beaufort, NC. We’ve taken the guesswork out of your next trip to the coast and outfitted our retreat with comfortable furnishings and smart-home conveniences to ensure you are at ease from the moment you arrive. Welcome to the Crystal Coast!
In this ranch floor plan, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms, each with a single queen bed, crisp, soft white linens, and Amazon Fire TVs with Roku Streaming Sticks included. Each bedroom includes a separate closet and chest or dresser for storage. The primary bedroom includes an en suite half bathroom with a king-sized bed. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed. A hallway full bathroom offers a tub-and-shower combo, with vegan-friendly soap, shampoo, and conditioner included.
Our home offers off-street gravel parking for two larger vehicles (or a boat trailer) or three to four smaller vehicles, accessed via a shared driveway. Free parking is available on the side of the street directly across from our front door (please note that parking is only allowed on one side of the street). There are a variety of cab and ride-sharing services in the area, and big events often offer shuttles for big-attraction events.

Deposit & Balance Payments
Initial Deposit: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance Due: The remaining balance of your reservation is due in full 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date are fully refundable.
Less Than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
Flexible Credit Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your trip within the 30-day window, your investment is protected.
Future Stays: Any non-refundable payments will be converted into a credit that you can apply toward a future stay at any Invest in Her Real Estate property.
Booking Details: Please note that future reservations are subject to property availability, and seasonal rate differences may apply to your new booking dates.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
While our Flexible Credit Policy ensures you retain the value of your stay, we highly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This provides an essential layer of financial protection against unforeseen travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or severe weather events that may impact your trip.
Hurricane Season
Travel insurance is especially recommended if your stay falls during the Atlantic hurricane season, which runs annually from June 1 through November 30.
Securing the Best Rates
Before purchasing a standalone travel policy, we suggest checking with your current auto or homeowners insurance providers. They often offer competitive travel coverage extensions to their existing customers.
