Guest Eligibility
The minimum age for renting is 21. Guests are required to provide a photo ID and credit card upon booking. A security deposit is required upon booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation period allows guests to cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed, provided the reservation was confirmed at least seven days before check-in. For bookings made in advance, guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 30 days of check-in, refund requests will not be honored unless we can rebook your cancelled dates, at which point we will offer a full refund.
Check In and Check Out
Check in anytime after 4 p.m. ET using the unique front door code provided to you after cleaning is completed. Check out time is 11 a.m. No special checkout tasks are required, but please remember to look behind doors, under the bed, and in drawers for any left-behind valuables.
Parking
Two parking passes are available and should be visible in your vehicle during your visit to Pelican’s Roost. Spaces are not assigned. Lost parking passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per pass.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited while staying with us, aside from designated outdoor smoking areas. A $500 fine will be applied if there is evidence of violating this policy.
Linens and Towels
All linens are provided, including beds made prior to your arrival, fresh shower towels, and dish towels. Please do not use the provided bath towels for beach use. This will be considered damaged, and you will be charged a replacement fee per towel.
