Installation was seamless, service has been reliable, and on the one occasion we experienced a connection issue, a technician was dispatched quickly and resolved it by running fresh lines from the street to the property.
One of the biggest perks? Straightforward, competitive pricingâno annual calls required to renegotiate rates or counter âend of contractâ increases. Itâs refreshingly simple.
The only minor downside is that Brightspeed does not currently accept American Express for auto-billing, which is our preferred payment methodâbut that hasnât outweighed the value or reliability of the service. Weâre very glad we made the switch.
